I wasn't kept informed of progress with the work (eg the car wasn't ready on the 29th but I had to call at 5:30 to learn this) and my calls weren't returned.

Same as above issues . How can I be happy our satisfied when you take a vehicle working for a recall and take it with damages and faults back , which after that the dealership and BMW UK they try to shy away from . Appalling customer service .

Extremely poor service. charging customers unnecessarily. horrible car care. No wash and then arguing with customer there the wash is done or come next week to get a wash. very very unprofessional. Will never come back or recommend BMW ruislip.

I was very pleased with the customer service. My key contact was Suk and she kept me informed of progress with the MOT. When the tyres needed replacement she gave me a competitive cost and let me know the plan for the car being kept overnight.

Car taken into service centre promptly after I arrived. Was kept regularly updated and also asked if front brake pads should be replaced as they are due in some months, was good advise and not hard sell. Said yes but not in stock.

I received regular updates from Sukhivinder and she also called me 45 minutes before the pick up time, ensuing that I collected my car on the same day. My car was vacuumed and washed, as she had promised.

See above...in summary - extortionate and incorrect quotes - no clean service despite confirmed - no check in if I wanted the pick up or drop off service used......this is not advertised and if I had used this I would have saved money taking cabs.
