I did not receive good service; it was not the level of service I used to get. Unfortunately, the customer service was lacking. They didn't even offer me tea or water, which they provided to other clients. They could have been nicer and friendlier.

Excellent service at Ruislip. Suk was very helpful re outstanding matters to be carried out during the service ie map update and seasonal health check. She also gave very good advice about taking out my next service plan.

Devil may care attitude. Car delayed by 1 day. No concession of 10 mins to pick up car next day. Requested cleaning but cleaning not done. Instead was lied to saying cleaning was done by car became dirty.
