Work done within agreed time and efficiently

Recent MOT was good. Despite early check-in through key drop in the kiosk, received call about missed appointment and got sorted out later. After the MOT, the notification in myBmw was not cleared yet. Otherwise 5 stars

I would have rated the experience very low if I only based it on my first experience which was very poor, however Kerry the desk manager saved the day and managed to increase this rating as she provided a much better experience.

Very poor communication and unkept promises.

Not considerate, not polite and the staff lack empathy and even when paying for works to be done, they haven't been done correctly meaning it needs to go back into the garage for further repairs. Awful! Please avoid at all costs.

The person supporting me for this service visit ( Sukhvinder) was amazing and super helpful. Even though the tyres needed replacing, but the car was still ready to collect by 1:00pm which I had requested. Great job!

Group 1 Ruislip are a good branch. One thing I would say is one of the female representatives shouldn't be saying "innit" when conversing with customers. Also I didn't get any updates and had to call in myself.

Disappointed that no approximate time for car collection could be provided. Poor standard of wash and vacuum, i would have preferred if it wasnt done, crumbs etc forced into the backseat arm rest and hidden away instead of hoovered up.

Seemed a bit disorganised this visit (not usually the case). I was phoned to say the car was ready but when I arrived it didn't seem to be quite ready. Also, unlike other times it hadn't been cleaned. Also the staff left a number label in the car

As usual, communication with Ruislip was very difficult whilst they had our car. Separately, the fuel economy of our Series 2 diesel has plummeted since its service and fuel additive.

Overall the service was good and would say that Sukh provided the level of service expected from BMW staff. The visual health check felt rushed and not thorough as I know there are a few issues with the car which wasn't picked up.

MOT - Wrong mileage Recorded. I was lead to have full major service, even though indicater on screen was late August 2026, implying warranty would affected.Car now is worse than I took in! I have called number of times and still awaiting call back

The service itself was fine, but was unhappy with the booking. I recently bought this BMW from you (under warranty). There was a minor fault - the screen washers didn't work & I was threatened with a charge to fix this. After: no charge was made.

Everything went as planned. The only issue I had was as the service centre is difficult for me to get to and back without my car I had to wait for 2.5 hours. They used to offer a pick up and return for the car, which was great but is now not offered.
