The airbag check or replacement (I'm not sure which?) was completed and I appreciated the vehicle check report which showed everything else about my car was OK. I refreshing lack of upselling which is too common these days.

Always difficult having a phone call answered

A change of brake pads and discs took longer than two days having pre booked. I wasn't kept informed during the day so made a wasted trip early from work. It seems the team were just too busy to handle the work. They were apologetic and polite.

Staff is very rude and taking too much time to reply. They are not transparent with the service. They haven't provided me the complete video of the service. My car is not performing well even after service. I will put the review on trust pilot.

Only 4* as my service did not include car valeting because the appointment was after 4.00pm. Had I been made aware of this, I would have declined the time slot offered. In fairness, the £10 discount was appreciated but my car still needs valeting ??.

Waiting time was about 3 hours, if not more, whilst I was told that it would be much less. The service manager lady was not professional when I asked for update. My quotation for Timing chain replacement was never sent, very unprofessional.

I had a safety recall for the starter motor. BMW Ruislip had the part available and booked me in quickly as my work car park is underground so couldn't take the car to work. They were understanding and professional throughout. Very impressive.

Very happy as always. However, The SOS system had recently noted a fault, and I had hoped confirmation could be given following service, if it was just a battery issue or a whole new unit? Policy - a further visit would be required -more expense.

Sahana helped me explain regarding my query of the optional cover taken with BMW dealer where we bought car from last year. As well as warranty extended via phone call, Sahana kindly arranged someone to drop me off which was nice.

Service center made a mistake and did not add service details onto idrive. I had to come in several times during the week for this to be addressed and no apologies or refunds were given. Eventhough I paid a hidden fee of £30 for systems to be updated

Overall the service was good. The only blemish is the missing clutch pedal rubber cover. I would have expected BMW to have either found it or offered to order a replacement. Instead, silence has followed our initial conversation.

They have not done anything properly. Specially the guy who was on desk that day. And yes i also asked him that is there any chance that my gearbox does not have any oil in it now.. he just replied possibly. But didn't even bother checking

I am completely satisfied with my service experience. I would have given 5 stars but for the cost. I thought £376.49 was quite expensive for a basic service. I was pleased however that no additional, unexpected costs were added.

Generally, everything went well. Not entirely satisfied with your garage dealing with intermittent issue with my iX3
